Hi, notify was installed and enabled by drush, listed on modules page, all permissions ticked for admin, I'm logged as admin, rebuilt the site permissions, visited /admin/config/people/accounts on Drupal 7, yet I can see no settings for the notify module whatever.

Am I looking in the right place? Providing an actual URL would be useful in the docs, as breadcrumb style locations can be misunderstood.

No, you're not looking in the right place.

The README.txt tells you to go to Administer >> Configuration >> People >> Notification settings (breadcrumb). The URL below your site root is: /admin/config/people/notify.

Just as a matter of interest: Where did you get the idea that /admin/config/people/accounts was the place to look?
