I am getting this warning on the modules page for notify when I try and activate it.

user warning: Duplicate entry '4' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO menu (mid, pid, path, title, description, weight, type) VALUES (4, 8, 'admin/content/notify', 'Notification settings', 'Adjust settings for new content notifications sent by e-mail.', 0, 22) in /home/lefty007/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.

I just moved hosts and had to take the "drupal_" prefix off all my tables but everything else works fine. I can enable other modules and they are creating tables fine. So right now I can't see content/notify or anything because of this

in phpmyadmin, go to the table {menu} and see what is the highest mid.
then go to the {sequence} table and set the id for menu_mid to be that number + 1.
