Theme username for notifications by author list

On a user's notifications subscriptions pages, the table
of authors that have been subscribed to shows the
author name as plain text. Since we already have a
user object it's nice to theme the (author) username.
Simple one-liner patch but wanted to post as suggested
UI enhancement rather than just commit.
