Use _node_custom_theme for nodequeue callbacks [#934798]

Administering a nodequeue is an admin function, and should use the admin theme if set. See #934790: Use _node_custom_theme for revision callbacks

This makes sense to me. The implementation has moved to hook_admin_paths() in the meantime, so let's use that.

Commited the attached patch to 7.x.
