I think the function nodequeue_set_subqueue_positions(&$subqueues, $nid) in nodequeue.module should be _get_ because their is no code for set positions in it.

I'm unable to find an instance of nodequeue_set_subqueue_positions that does not have code for set positions. I believe this issue has been resolved, but please re-open this issue if you continue to experience problems.
