Use pager: glitches when editing nodequeue view

I am filing this here, because it only seems to be happening when I edit a Nodequeue view.

I'm using Nodequeue 7.x-2.0-beta1, and Views 7.x-3.7

I have created a simple nodequeue that allows items of a custom content type, reverses the admin view, and has a queue size of 0. When I go to edit the View that is created, I notice that if I edit the Use pager: setting (on the page view), it will let me set whatever I want, but then upon applying the setting, it always changes to "Display All Items | All Items."
