When displaying a block with a nodequeue the function nodequeue_get_all_qids is called. This results in overriding any previous pager setting.

This can be duplicated by using apachesolr module which manipulates the pager for its search result. Adding a nodequeue block resulted in overriding this pager. A debug backtrace revealed it was nodequeue_get_all_qids that got called and resetted the pager.

@domidc, I think there was a fix for pager elements in 7.0-1.x-alpha2. Also, nodequeue_get_all_qids() has a parameter especially for this issue: $pager_element.
