Taxonomy Nodequeue Errors (V7) - Undefined property: stdClass::$taxonomy - etc

Hello, I'm testing the taxonomy nodequeue version 7 (latest dev build).

I have got around the error mentioned here: http://drupal.org/node/965530 using the updated code (#2).

However, I now have another error which shows when viewing a node:

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$taxonomy in smartqueue_taxonomy_nodequeue_subqueues() (line 87 of c:\xampp\htdocs\sites\all\modules\nodequeue\smartqueue.module).
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in smartqueue_taxonomy_nodequeue_subqueues() (line 87 of c:\xampp\htdocs\sites\all\modules\nodequeue\smartqueue.module).

Any ideas or how I can patch?
