Attached a patch to resolve ajax content update when ajax is active, we must disable purl rewriting to ensure that requests come back the result without any http redirect (ex: group/admin/content/nodequeue (302 found) ----> admin/content/nodequeue).

Looks good and unobstrusive enough to me, after checking the PURL module and the code comments from purl_url_outbound_alter().

Your patch didn't apply because it was created against 6.x-2.9 and not 6.x-2.x-dev and also the paths were relative to Drupal's root instead of nodequeue's, so I basically recreated it.

Commited attached patches to 6.x and 7.x.
