NodeQueue documentation misrepresents some functionality

Specifically I was thinking that the nodequeue_node_titles() function, in the documentation, appears to be passed only three variables: $qid, $title, and $backward. A quick check to the code shows that it'll take $from and $count, too, which I feel are important to list.
