Struggled to get nodequeue working so couple things (which we discussed).

1) The message "No roles have the "manipulate queues" permission, so only the administrator account will be able to add or remove items from this queue." is difficult to see. Can you make this more prominent?

2) Even with "manipulate all queues " permission checked, the message above still displays and nodequeue isn't available on eligible nodes.

When I enable "manipulate queues" then it's fine.
