Add the option of having a "submit" button

Currently, after dropping a node to change the order, an Ajax call is made which immediately updates the database. Some users will prefer to have a "Submit" button that batches up all the changes at once and sends them to the server.

Also, when in "immediate mode" there should be a message that lets the user know that all changes are made as soon as the drag-and-drop has been completed.
