Hi,
Right now, my parents are displaying in the block section collapsed with the children underneath. Is there a way to do either of the following:

Display the outline in a primary menu (if so, can someone walk me through this. I have tried).

or

Display in block, but always start with parent of the node that you are viewing and displaying the children for that node instead of showing all parents?

I think what you're looking for is the sort of thing provided by the Menu Block module: http://drupal.org/project/menu_block. Want to give that a try and report back?
