Enhance tabledrag to allow children the ability to become parents of sibling children

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to indent a node below a (new) parent. The only way I've found so far is to edit the child node and modify it's parent node in the fieldgroup in the node editing form, then go to Site Outline (./admin/content/nodehierarchy) and adjust the position.

As far as I understand the UI, it is not possible to indent a node in Site Outline or /node/{nid}/children; at these places, I can move a node up and down, but I can not put it under a different parent node. I hope it's understandable what I'm trying to "accomplish"? It's simple outline functionality, similar to those of Drupal's book and menu system, where I can drag and drop menu items or book nodes below other items vertically (thus changing the position) and horizontally (thus changing the hierarchical structure).

I'm posting this as Support Request since I might be too stupid to understand the UI of the Node Hierarchy module. If this currently isn't possible, I'd like to change this to a Feature request, if there are no objections.
