Status of D7?

Hi,

Just stumbled on this module and it looks quite cool. As there's a only a dev version for D7, I'm wondering how stable and usable it is at this point... can anyone tell me how "ready" it is? Are there any major D7 issues that still need to be solved before a stable release?
