How do I get to have the node hierarchy fieldset expanded by default on the node form? I have this code but doesn´t seem to do anything:

$form['nodehierarchy']['#collapsed'] = FALSE;

I am able to expand fieldsets like menu settings by something very similar:

$form['menu']['#collapsed'] = FALSE;

What am I doing wrong?

It turns out that I needed to increase my custom module´s weight in order to affect node hierarchy menu; I ended up using the Util module for this.
