Is it not already developped or is there any other token to replace the token [fullhierarchypath] ?

chazz422 commentedI would like to know the same thing. I cannot get pathauto working properly without this token.

chazz422 commentedI just figured this problem out and wanted to post the solution here for others to help.
the replacement for [fullhierarchypath] in Drupal 7 with the token module has changed to a longer confusing path. Good news is that it works. Below is the path you will want to use as your pathauto pattern for new pages...
[node:nodehierarchy:parent:url:relative]/[node:title]
Note that you cannot use [fullhierarchytitlepath-raw] anymore and you will need to use the pattern above instead. I hope this info helps others who struggled to find an answer as I did.

wernercd commentedIn addition to #2... if you want to keep a "nested" look, as I do... within PathAuto you have to change the settings within to not remove / from the name.
For example... default settings are setup such that if you have a page test, with a child page child 1... such that
mysite.com/test/child_1
if you add a child to child_2, say child 2... it will remove the / and you'll end up with
mysite.com/testchild_1/child_2
If you go into PathAuto and change the default behavior to NOT remove /'s, you'll end up with the "expected"
mysite.com/test/child_1/child_2
