When I get the Reply-to link from a node it works well. The link is

http://localhost/drupal-6.16/node/add/reply/29

But if I retrieve the link generated by the view (Node comment: Reply-to link) the link is

http://localhost/drupal-6.16/node/add/reply/%252F

Drupal then fire a Access Denied event butI can still fill and post a reply.

%252F is a double-url-encoded "/" sign. I can't reproduce this and can't see in the code how you can get such double encoding. Can you describe in detail what are you doing and provide an export of the view ?

Ok. You could have the link return double encoded string because it's not valid for url. But why do you have empty cid and nid ? These are numeric values that should be in your node_comments table.

Make sure you don't use relationship for this field.

I tested this, and get similar results. The links have the format "http://localhost/drupal-6.16/node/add/%252F1/16" and redirect to the Content creation page, not to the form. no access denied event either.
No relationship used.

@Narretz:
what you describe is different issue. It will be fixed in #799052: Node Comments module allows to set different comment type for a nodecomment, misinforming a user.. That's because your nodecomment has core comment as comment type.

oops, wrong issue
