I'm not 100% sure that this is a node comment issue, but I haven't dealt with it before installing it and can't find any other instances of it in the CCK or Views issues. I want to display in a view a "title" CCK field that replaces the hidden title field (thanks to auto node title) with its node. I have a content type A that can be commented on by content type Comment. In the view I want the Comments to show the title of their parent type A node. I've created a relationship to the Original Parent NID. If I try to make two fields, one "title" CCK field with the relationship, and one without, it will only display both fields on one node listing. If I use two Node: Title fields everything works fine, with the first field showing on the content type A and the one with the relationship showing on type Comment refering to the title of type A. I would really like to get this to work because I have a third content type showing in the same view that I do not want to have a title displayed with and if I have to display Node: Title it will show for all three in addition to showing the extra title of the parent node for Comments. Any ideas why this is happening?

Sounds like an instance of this views bug: #317271: ensure_my_table() Limited to One Relationship Per Table. It's now been committed, so it should be fixed in the next version of Views. Please reopen if that patch does not solve the problem.
