In order to work out what this does and how it works, I had to read the code. Please include just some simple docs in the form of a README.txt

Might be nice to also quickly note that the permissions are almost irrelevant, because there is a pre-existing requirement to have permission to configure the cck type in the first place.

At least, I think I'm right in saying that?
