nodeaccess_nodereference_fetch_nodes_sql() can't use INNER JOIN

Because nodeaccess_nodereference_fetch_nodes_sql() fetches all nodes with a nodereference field INNER JOIN won't work because we can't always assume we have a foreign key in the field table (i.e. we can't assume all nodes does share the same fields). The result of this will be that some nodes aren't fetches, that should be fetched.
