When I set Publish Content module permissions to Publish/Unpublish editable, it works fine if the user has editing permissions set in admin/people/permissions, but gives out the following error if the editing permissions are passed through Node Access Node Reference.

    Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$nid in node_access() (line 2849 of /home/mysite/public_html/modules/node/node.module).
    Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$nid in node_access() (line 2889 of /home/mysite/public_html/modules/node/node.module).

It looks like a bug on the part of this module.

There is no information provided to identify a bug, and the description you give suggests you do not understand the difference between permissions and node access. If you can identify a problem in the code, please reopen.
