node access by indirect node reference

I have 3 content type
eg, content type 1, content type 2, and content type 3.
and then i have 2 node
$node->nid=2 (created by $user->uid=2) referenced to $node->nid=1 (created by $user->uid=1).

because $user->uid=1 is owner of $node->nid=1, i want he has a an access to create, edit and delete a node ( eg $node->nid=3) using content type 3 which referenced to $node->nid=2.
and disable this access to others user.

so finally $node->nid=3 indirect to linked by node reference to $node->nid=1 by the same user.

i'm use node reference url widget to create reference between this nodes, and i think Node access node reference not yet support this requirement.

I have attach an image to decribe my problem. Is there a drupal module to solve this problem, or anyone can help me with a snippet code.?
