I have a content type which have a reference node field from URL, which works great with this module with permissions set via nodeaccess module, but I miss one option - I also want users which have the nodeaccess permission to refered node to create new nodes. Is this possible to do with some changes to code of the module?

I'm sure it's possible, but I am not convinced of the usefulness of this? Can you discuss this more, with some examples, and an explanation of how you would configure it and expect it to work?

This is just not going to work, sorry.
When a user goes to create some content, this module could potentially have to check the users access for every reference in every node, it's just too big of a job, and it doesn't seem practical.
Find another way.
If you are convinced otherwise, feel free to post some patches.
