Overview page for all granted permissions

This is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for - thank you!

I fixed some minor coding standards issues and added a pager. I set it to 25 - does this seem like a reasonable setting?

The updated version of the patch #2 (nodeaccess-added_overview_page-3253962-2.patch).

The updated version of the patch #2 (nodeaccess-added_overview_page-3253962-2.patch) with stability improvement.

And another one patch that fixes some issues that appeared because 2.x version uses diffferent names for some configs and values for variables.

The version with better sort order for user names / role names.

The same patch as above, but with pagination.

The another improvements. Currently there is only nodes that have non-default settings for "Role" rows and all for "User". Before the table included all nodes even if they had the default settings.

This update is compatible with 2.0.0-alpha3.
