unneccessary function call

In the cron function, on line 173, you have a call to node_get_types():

      $name = node_get_types('name', $type);

It doesn't look like this is used for anything, because I don't see any later reference to $name.

I posted this here instead of the review, because I didn't want to keep dragging it out.
