I can't manually create a tasklist node when i go to /tl/tasklist.
When i manually add the node, i receive the error "Title field is required."

Perhaps $form['title']['#type'] = 'hidden'; should become $form['title']['#access'] = FALSE; ?
Or have a least a default value so the error isn't triggered...

Fixed. The module will now check to see if you have enabled one of the automatic node creation options. If you have it will set the default value. If you are not using the automatic node creation facilities it will now show the title field.
