Problem/Motivation

Checking our queue sized, I noticed there were 250,000+ items in the "Node revision delete requeue". We have a fraction of that number of nodes.

Looking into the detail, there are many duplicates for nids.

Proposed resolution

Check the queue to see if a node has already been added before adding a new item to the queue.

Remaining tasks

Review logic, test, and apply patch.

I had a possibly related issue in update 20001 - my patch is here: https://www.drupal.org/project/node_revision_delete/issues/3616155

Would it make sense to roll it into issue?
