{SOLVED] The last two entries in a sequence share the same url_alias and possibly nid- caused by translation issue

I get the following errors once a node_repeat sequence is created:

I just created the node with repeat dates
hit create separate nodes
they are all created
but the last two create the issue above

When I click on the second to last one it brings me to the last one
i have to manually goto the url and add node/nid/edit in order to get to the actual node. 'nid' is bid of the last in sequence -1.
Url alias check box is not checked for this one although it is for all other nodes in the sequence
check the url alias check box
hit enter
and the right one comes up.
