Send a copy of the remider email to the Site administrator aswell

My client recently requested to include an option to "Node reminder" to send a copy of the reminder email to the site administrator as well. I have added a site administrators email field in the settings page. The idea is, all reminders(emails) will be sent to the content owners email address set on each node as well as to the site administrator. In my current scenario, the content editors/contributors work on a temporary basis but they put their email address in the reminder settings section, so i need to have an option to include the 'webmaster' email address in the Admin settings area, so that the Site admin also receives all notifications.

This feature patch adds a a site administrators email field option on the node reminder admin settings page.
