Personal notes and shown on node page.

For a customer wee needed a solution where notes where presentend on the node page instead of a new local task. Also the notes needed to be limited to your own notes only. In the patch I provide a 'own notes' permission and an additional setting on the node type form whether the form / notes appear on a new tab / node page.
