Token integration

It would be very useful if NLN could provide tokens for the time limits.

Then the message to the user could display when they will be able to create the next node, if at all.

Example:

You can only create [limit-token] posts every [time-token]. You will be able to create a new post in [create-next-token].

This would make it much easier to create more informative messages to let the users know when they will be able to create new posts again.
