Assign node limit to any content type as e.g 1 per hour to page type
Open node/add/page
fill all fields
Dont save at this point

Open node/add/page in another tab in window
fill all fields
Click on submit button and submit previous tab immediatly

This process will bypass node limit

Check in the 7.x-1.x dev version. We are creating an error message. It is not allowing creation of nodes after that particular limit
