Im the module cache_clear_all while adding/deleting missing.

Also added patch to clean imagecache while deleting images/

The same problem with cleaning drupal cache exists in module for 5.x too

I use advanced theme_* functions + imagecache - that's why there are placed functions ti clean them after deleting files too :)

using cck + imagefield + *box now cause of node_images is not maintained by maintaner/ mark that not to see in my tracker
