I keep getting "sites/all/modules/node_gallery_display/js/ad-gallery/non-existing.jpg" showing up in the logs. I can't seem to find that GIF anywhere.

Yes I did. It's right where it should be so I don't know why the error showed up.

It looks like I lied to you. I was looking for two different images that the logs kept showing up. One was the "sites/all/modules/node_gallery_display/js/ad-gallery/non-existing.jpg" and the other was the "loader.gif". I did find the loader.gif but I still can't seem to find the non-existing.jpg. I've searched the entire modules directory so far. If I knew what it looked like I'd make my own.

lol, that's probably because it doesn't exist.. hmmm, I guess you will have to add your own non-existing.jpg image.
This seems to be a little tiny bug.

Thanks. I uploaded a little 5x5 jpg. That should do the trick.
