VBO: allow selection of default template when configuring view

Although node conversion is supported in VBO by templates, there is no facility to pick the template when configuring the view.

I've added an enhancement to set a default template in view configuration. This is then the pre-selected template at run time. It doesn't prevent a different template being selected, but I suspect in the vast majority of uses only one template is appropriate in any view.
