Converted nodes with empty value on date cck is filled with actual time when the node has been read. Any help?

upon further investigation it seems the conversion replaced "NULL" value to "0000-00-00 00:00:00" into database tables "field_date_value" and "field_date_value2". So the node is printing the actual time into this field.

this seems to be similar to http://drupal.org/node/1286676. I tryed also dev version 6.x-1.x-dev instead 6.x-1.7, but issue still persist. Even recreating conversion template.
