Hi, I have just downloaded and installed the latest snapshot of 7, and installed this theme... I got the following errors on the home page:
(Yes, I tried installing the theme to /sites/all/themes - same problem... so I thought I'd throw it in with the default themes to see if that worked)

* Notice: Undefined variable: content in include() (line 163 of /var/www/7test/www/sites/default/themes/nifty50/page.tpl.php).

Am I missing something obvious? This is my first play with 7...

Yep... I also do.. why'd I test this theme before checking the issue queue!

Am I just not picking or.... should this not be appearing as a release as it is b0rked.

exact same here. I only installed it on my test site because it was numbered "1.0" whereas all the other d7 themes are dev or alpha.

I think this one should be too. :-)
