Integrate Nexmo with SMS Framework for Drupal 8

Congrats on becoming a vetted Git user, and the promotion of this project. I thought I'd get in contact since you expressed your intention to add a Drupal 8 branch of Nexmo.

We are looking to coordinate final requirements with Drupal SMS gateway providers for a stable Drupal 8 release for SMS Framework.

The API is self documenting, and already includes a few debug gateways. There is also an experimental Clickatell gateway.

Usually you only need to create a single gateway plugin file, it will be auto discovered by SMS Framework.
