The Nepali translation creates new directories with the .ne extension. i.e. modules/comment.ne/translations/modules-comment.ne.ne.po

All other translation seem to go in /translations dir. i.e. modules/comment/translations/modules-comment.ar.po

Is there a reason for this?

Thank you for pointing out the mistake. The files were named XXX.ne.po instead of just XXX.po while uploaded. I will fix this soon.
