Remove Clean URLs Requirement...

I'm having a problem with the setup...I've done the install and I get the box to appear, but it would appear that it's failing to initialize. I believe this to be due to not having Clean URLs turn on. The problem is that I cannot turn on Clean URLs in my installation because Yahoo! hosting doesn't allow .htaccess and other functions (my customer is on Yahoo! and does not want to leave...this is not an option).

Therefore, I found a bit of a work-around with this in the 'mytinytodo-page.tpl.php' and 'mytinytodo.theme.inc' files:
