I have a two column layout that contains several 'items'. I can arrange the order within each column, but I cant arrange the placement of each item across columns. Example, I want to move a droplet from the left column into the right column but cant.

Users can do this to their own Mysite page, but I as Admin cant seem to pre-set that arrangement in the default layout.

I can do so on the demo site. Remember that default settings will not change pages that already exist. The default settings onlyu apply to new collections.

Understood. This was a silly question in the end as I was confused between:

a) my actual Mysite page as Admin, where I could drag blocks, and

b) the default setting arrangement page where as Admininistrator of Mysite, I could drag block.

OK. The UI for that is not as advanced as I would like.
