Deinstallation incomplete

Deactivating the "Multiple Domain"-module still leaves the vocabulary for "multiple domains" and the association to all content_types in the database (table vocabulary and vocabulary_node_types).

This is especially a problem because the Dropdown-Box for the domain still remains in the node-creation-forms after deactivating this module.

It would be nice if an unistall-hook could remove the records from the database.
