This module appears to conflict with the XML Sitemap module. Both define custom_url_rewrite, so this may be the problem. However, I didn't get an error message of any kind; The URLs were merely turning up as things like:

http://defendmail.jdarx.info/http%3A/%252Fwww.jdarx.info/users/wayland

This obviously isn't what we want.

Misdiagnosed problem -- XML Sitemap may have nothing to do with it. I'll post a new bug when I know something. But the URLs are wrong :).
