Help please,I followed this guide

But when i type my new domain it just takes me to my old domain,I followed the guide to the letter 4 times but still no joy!!!!
Please help!!

This module is not maintained, please have a look at the domain module at http://drupal.org/project/domain
I did have a look at the guide you followed, but don't see where the multidomain module is mentioned, and how you landed in this issue queue.
