I need to add files from server and tryed out filefield module but it does not work . I get AJAX error.

Support for using example filefield- module to add file to field would be really needed.

I'm getting the same error, Ajax error when I try to upload files.
Files get saved if I save without uploading them.

Please fix this asap.

I tested file upload recently and in both ways just now, it worked fine (clicking on upload or submitting the whole form)
Can you be more specific on "Ajax error"? Also are you sure that you use the 7.x version?
It's a known error there, but in 7.x, it's supposed to work.

I am using the 7.x-1.0-beta2 version. Error still keeps coming up when I click upload...
