"links and titles" pan : submition buttons are in a wrong place,
even in different theme such as the defaut garland.

it seems that its a problem with the position of the buttons block ;
in fact buttons are present , but in the "Replacement patterns" panel.

i have already describe this issue in http://drupal.org/node/603704
( passing, see my translation proposal )

I really can't duplicate this problem at all. I can't even imagine what could cause it other than a custom form theming function, which is something I can't even attempt to resolve.

I'm setting this to "needs more info" for two weeks on the off chance you find additional relevant information. After that, I will close it.

this is a google chrome/safari browser problem, or an html one...
Nor ie8 or firefox have this problem.
Try to read the attached file in chrome, you will only see the first fieldset :\
I think it's a problem with a wrong closure of a div tag , or with the fieldset tag ? but i haven't find it...

Your Monthly archive settings.html_.txt file is missing the closing </head> tag, and the opening </body> tag.

yes, perhaps, it was just for sample ! it was a rapid extract of my sources , but the result is the same.

Please, try by yourself in safari or chrome ( on a VM )
