Dblog provides Top 403 and Top 404 reports at admin/reports/access-denied and admin/reports/page-not-found respectively.

Replacing it with mongodb_watchdog means these are no longer available, although the data to build them are present in the mongodb watchdog. They should be reimplemented with at least feature parity with dblog.
