Custom blocks saving and updating bug

Newly created custom blocks with custom body do not show up in the assigned regions.
Updating them screws the whole layout.

The problem starts with saving the custom block in Mongo DB. It saves it wrong the body and format:
[body] => Array (
[value] => bug
[format] => full_html
)
[format] =>

The body and format should be saved like this:
[body] => testassatatas
[format] => full_html

This happens because it saves in [body]: $form_state['values']['body'], not $form_state['values']['body']['value']. The problem is similar with the format.

I made a patch in case it wasn't solved by someone else.
