The text comment for implemented hooks in a module has changed for D7. Per the docs for D7 modules - Commenting style - use 'Implements hook_foo().' when documenting hooks - http://drupal.org/update/modules/6/7#implementation_hook_comment
For example:
/**

joachim commentedGraaaaaarghhhhhhh I HATE the new format.
But yeah, we need to output code that follows the standards, and this is a bug. So I'll take a patch :)
(Really really hate it. It makes no sense. The comment on a function describes the actions the functions carries out, eg 'creates a node', 'bakes a cake'. The description 'implements hook_foo' would make sense if and only if the function's code itself defined the function, using create_function() or somesuch. Anyway, rant over...)
